Human centered design is a process that focuses on behaviors not demographics. Its based on dynamic conversations not static interviews. It starts with a deep understanding of the needs and motivations of those that will be interacting with your design. It takes more then just one persons input, its an activity that takes the teams views into consideration to better understand the problem. The broader the picture the more that can be learned. No matter how big the problem, how little the time, and how small the budget is we can all create change. Human centered design is all about learning by doing, immersing yourself in environments you never have before, listening to those that are in tune with the industry and experiencing situations personally. We are not afraid to step out of our comfort zone. We are designers that are willing to learn.
